Dolan Property – Our history

The firm’s founder and CEO, Michael Dolan, has lived in Marbella since he was a teenager when his family moved here from the UK. Michael’s late father was a well known local surveyor who was involved in many of the major developments along the coast and Michael carries on a proud family tradition as a real estate professional. Michael was initially involved in project management working on some highly regarded projects throughout Spain, thirteen years ago he moved on to the agency, opening the Hamptons operation in Marbella before moving on to Panorama where he was appointed Director of Residential Properties. In 2009, he founded Michael Dolan Estates and in 2011 opened the current La Carolina Park office under the Dolan Property brand.
