It consists of one bedroom, one bathroom, a living room – kitchen and a balcony with beautiful views.
The rental price includes electricity and water consumption up to 70 euros per month (between both) and Internet access.
Pets are not allowed.
* To reserve the property, the initial payment of one month of deposit will be necessary (to be returned in legal terms, after having delivered the property to the owner, as long as its condition is the same as at the time of its delivery to the tenant and that the conditions of the rental contract are complied with) plus 3 months of the rental (to be paid in advance).
* Law 12/2023, of May 24, for the Right to Housing, approved in Congress on April 27, 2023, and in the Senate on May 18, which is in force from the day after its inclusion in the BOE, on May 26, 2023, contemplates in Section 1 of Article 20 that in the case of housing lease contracts 'the real estate commissions and the costs of formalization of the contract will be borne by the landlord'. This regulation does not apply in the cases of lease contracts for use other than housing, such as premises, etc. And, in particular, it does not apply to seasonal rental contracts. In these cases, the tenant pays one month of the agency fees with the corresponding IGIC (VAT tax).
