The rental price is €1,500 per month, with electricity and water included.

In addition: there is a plus of 100 euros required, which is the amount to be paid for the final cleaning (non-refundable).

* To reserve the property, the initial payment of one month of deposit will be necessary (to be returned in legal terms, after having delivered the property to the owner, as long as its condition is the same as at the time of its delivery to the tenant and that the conditions of the rental contract are complied with).
* Law 12/2023, of May 24, for the Right to Housing, approved in Congress on April 27, 2023, and in the Senate on May 18, which is in force from the day after its inclusion in the BOE, on May 26, 2023, contemplates in Section 1 of Article 20 that in the case of housing lease contracts 'the real estate commissions and the costs of formalization of the contract will be borne by the landlord'.
