The village is very well connected by train and close to Palma – Alcudia highway. The heart of Consell provides restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and other shops. This municipality is also renown for its antique market "El Rastro", which is held every Sunday just outside the village in the industrial park and has a large influx of visitors.
It is set about 20 minutes away from the airport, the centre of Palma and the beaches.
